Led creative development and production for graphics for Microsoft company-owned stores. Managed agencies and vendors to deliver creative strategies for various campaigns, product launches. Worked to ensure creative adhered to Microsoft Brand Guidelines, Microsoft Stores Design Principles, and Product Guidelines.
Worked with greater team on Inbound and Outbound (Email, Social Media teams) to integrate messaging and creative, share assets for brand consistency.
Introduced innovation and managed production methods, schedules, and vendors for successful execution in Retail locations.
Drove on-time delivery despite needed research and development, while showing cost savings and efficiencies—saving ~$1.2M in 2015.

Drove on-time delivery despite needed research and development, showing cost savings and efficiencies.
Managed >$25M Budget, vendors, and agencies, showing $5M savings in Production in the 2013 Budget year.
